Waller is one of the metro’s fastest-growing markets, ranking third for year-over-year sales growth in early 2026; its fifth consecutive quarter in the top three according to the Houston Association of Realtors.
Windy Hill projects include Indian Springs in Crosby, The Grove in Austin County, Esperanza in Needville, and Gulf Breeze in Hitchcock, among others. Windy Hill continues to seek out well-located land at competitive prices to deliver lots for homebuyers at attainable price points.
