Randy began his development of the Marina del Sol waterfront estate community on Clear Lake in 1986 and his resume includes a myriad of projects including master planned communities, mixed use retail, resort condominiums, and marinas totaling more than 2500 acres and approximately 3000 lots acquired, developed, and/or sold. His thorough understanding of the Texas development entitlement process and special finance district applications reflect over 35 years of development experience.

John brings 40 years of legal and development experience to the team. His boutique legal practice concentrates on representing real estate developers and has participated in numerous large mixed use developments including Legacy Park in Plano and the Dallas Galleria. In addition, he has represented well over $1 billion in secured real estate financing and facilitated land transactions for virtually every major home builder in Texas. John also has been a development partner in office buildings, shopping centers, single use retail buildings, apartments, and single family lots throughout the state of Texas. His combined legal, financial, and development skills make him an important part of the team.

Alan brings 30 years of land development and city management experience to the team. Alan has extensive expertise in overseeing city planning and zoning to manage growth, allocate resources effectively, ensure essential services, and oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure.
With a background in structural engineering, Mueller’s collaboration with leading homebuilders like DR Horton, Beazer Homes, and Gehan Homes has been instrumental in shaping land development projects across Houston’s expanding communities, including Pearland, Missouri City, Fulshear, and Crosby.

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M before completing the TAMU Master of Real Estate program. He started his career at Investment Realty Co. in San Antonio, working on an integrated vertical construction loan finance program that helped fund residential home construction across Texas.
He then moved to Dallas-Fort Worth to join Lennar Homes, where he began as an Analyst. He quickly moved up to Acquisition Manager for Fort Worth, overseeing the purchase and management of roughly 7,000 paper lots. Most recently, with Houston-based Forestar Development Group, Chris facilitated the acquisition of more than 5,000 paper lots and managed commercial and school site sales.
